For an extra monthly charge of £1.50 per appliance we can include your cooker or gas fire(s) onto your service plan.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Silver service plan covers the call-out fee and labour only. The customer will pay for any new parts if required.
2. The Gold service plan covers parts integral to the gas central heating system boiler including call out fee and labour charges.
3. Fill loop and water pressure are not covered unless failure is caused by the gas central heating boiler.
4. The Platinum service plan covers parts integral to the gas central heating system boiler, call out fee, labour charges, radiators and above the floor pipe work. It does not cover under floor pipework or concealed pipe work.
5. An annual service of the gas central heating boiler will be carried out on or around the anniversary of the service plan.
6. Acceptance of any gas appliance onto the service plan is subject to Pro Gas being satisfied with its condition. An assessment will be covered out by a Pro Gas engineer for which the customer will be charged at the Pro Gas hourly rate.
7. The service plan premium quoted provides cover for one calendar year. Pro Gas reserves the right to decline renewal.
